How do I become a member ?
Answer Membership is completely free. To become a member simply click on the 'member login' link in the menu section. On that page your membership form may be located below the login panel. Register there. Once you have registered as 'Regular member', your membership should be activated at once but as 'Special member' should be approved within two business days. Answer If you have not yet received your confirmation e-mail for your membership approval as special member, please e-mail us and remember that the e-mail that you submitted with your membership form will also be the e-mail we reply to. How do I place an order?

Click the photograph of the product or the name and you will be transferred to a page that gives you further information about the item. You may add an item to your cart at any time while shopping. When you are ready to check out, click the 'checkout'. From there, follow the simple checkout procedure. Answer It's our principle that we will provide a refund to the customers or replace it with another one if the product is defective. But no goods shall be returned for credit or replacement without prior RGA (Returned Goods Authorization) by Ortholution.
