Return Policy
It's our principle that we will provide a refund to the customers
or replace it with another one if the product is defective. But no
goods shall be returned for credit or replacement without prior RGA
(Returned Goods Authorization) by Ortholution. All goods returned
without such prior authorization will not be accepted by Ortholution
and will be returned to the purchaser freight collect. All returns
or exchanges must be made within 30 days of the date of the invoice
and must be accompanied by the product code, lot number and manufacturing
date of item(s) being returned. If possible, attach a copy of the
invoice as it has this information on it.
RGA (Returned Goods Authorization)
To acquire an RGA, fill the following form out and send it. Once you have submitted your request, you
will be e-mailed the result. For our reference please send us X-rays
or photograph relevant, if available.
Delivery & Shipping
Delivery will be F.O.B point of shipment. We ship UPS, Express Mail Service(EMS) and Fedex available by specail request.
UPS is our primary shipper but we use also EMS at your request because its cost of shipping is much lower. The EMS is at your own risk though.
Although we will insure the package, you have to file a claim with the carrier and often they deny or take a long time.
The shipping cost difference is substantial so we think it's worth the risk on most cases, this is completely up to you.
If you want EMS/Fedex instead, just mention in customer commnets form or send e-mail to help@ortholution.com.
We e-mail you the tracking number on all orders.Typically, we will ship the goods within 7 days and 7 to 10 days should be allowed from shipment to delivery.

Payment
Credit Card
We accept Visa and Master card. Our payment method does not verify
your credit card online, so if your billing address does not match
or your card is declined for other reasons we will contact you.
We may need to call you for your CVV2 Card Code if shipping to
different address other then billing. For international customers,
please email (help@orthoution.com)
us your CVV2 card code. For security purposes, we can't ask for
them with the cc#. .
T/T (Telegraph Transfer)
If paying by T/T, please use the following bank information.
We can accept only US dollars in this case and will keep the order
pending until we receive your payment. We will email you banking
details for the wire transfer.
